3. Expected normal window resize behavior while draging edge of window (works for the other corners) in program Window.

4. While attempting to resize LibreOffice Writer window while draging from lower right corner of the Window. Sometimes the "right click" options menu in LibreOffice Writer appears instead along with some graphical glitches e.g. a vertical regtangual orange / transparent window/ selection in background. Easy to reproduce. Happens every time in that same "area". Problem goes away when refocusing window with mouse.

Same problem here. (left) click on corner for resize gives orange square and right click menu. For me refocus almost never works to get rid of the issue and orange resize square stays fixed on all desktops (also when I move the LibreOffice window) untill I quit LibreOffice.
