Rizki Hajar Hastyanto, thank you for reporting this bug and helping make Ubuntu better. Could you please attach a document then when opened demonstrates the problem? What is the maximum upload/download for your service level in megabits/kilobits bits per second? How long does it take for the document to open?

Changed in libreoffice (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete

There is a way:
 - Edit - Links
 - select the links you intend to break
 - Click "Break link"
 - OK
DONE.

After you breaks those links the pictures will become embedded in the document so you won't have to rely on internet to open the doc in the future. And I have found that you can select all links (if you have many) and click "Break link" for once to break them all.

Is the document opened directly from somewhere in the network/internet? Or does it contain external elements as Yan Li suggests above?
