Bug Description

See https://help.libreoffice.org/6.4/en-US/text/scalc/01/func_countifs.html?&DbPAR=WRITER&System=UNIX

The following examples from that link will never produce a nonzero result, but they should when used with the provided spreadsheet:
=COUNTIFS(B2:B6;"[:alpha:]*")
=COUNTIFS(A2:A6;"pen.*";B2:B6;"<"&MAX(B2:B6))

See the example spreadsheet (attached)
