libreoffice 1:7.0.5-0ubuntu0.20.10.1 was successfully built and published for ppc64el in groovy-proposed: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/1:7.0.5-0ubuntu0.20.10.1/+build/21369469

Could it be a problem with the German mirror?
If you run "apt update" now, has this changed?

I would suspect that the universe packages of groovy-proposed are not included by the sources lists.

Rico is right. I only had the entry below. No idea, if I only added the line below several versions ago or some upgrade changed it. (Probably the former.)

    deb http://de.ports.ubuntu.com groovy-proposed main restricted

Following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed I added `multiverse universe`, and now the upgrade went through.

Sorry for the noise. Please close the issue.

Please note that keeping the proposed pocket enabled is not recommended, it may result in broken packages being installed on your system. The recommendation is to enable it only occasionally when you need to test a selected package, and once testing is complete disable it again.
