Bug Description
in LibreOffice: Tools>Options…: the font of the dialog-window is too small;
same problem:
Help>About LibreOffice: the font of the dialog-window is too small;
it's because the VLC is set to qt5+cairo (this information can be found in: Help>About LibreOffice)
maybe this problem exists for more dialog-windows in LibreOffice;
this problem does not occur in the open/save-
now run those 2 lines on the terminal:
sudo apt install libreoffice-kf5
sudo apt remove libreoffice-qt5
now the VLC is set to gtk3 (this information can be found in: Help>About LibreOffice)
now the font of the dialog-windows is not too small any more;
so, the problem has got something to do with the package libreoffice-qt5

Long story short: Lubuntu wants to use the qt5 VCL but we continue to discover more and more areas where the functionality is incomplete still relative to the other options.
