Bug Description

Libreoffice propose a language pack for myanmar/burmese localisation: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/?type=deb-x86_64&version=6.2.3&lang=my
But the package is not propose in the official repository neither in the ppa. To use it I need to install the document fondation package.

I'm on Ubuntu 18.04.

IIRC this language was not packaged at Debian because of its incompleteness [1]. If you speak Burmese, please help out! [2]

No I don't speak Burmese, it is for a friend. I'm looking to help him to move on LO, and maybe Ubuntu because he can't have an spellchecker in his language with MSOffice, and avoid him font problems (also with Indesign, utf-8 is not used for his language). If he moves to LO maybe he will be motivated to help. But it's pity to not create a package even if it is not complete. This don't encourage people to translate.
