[FFe] libreoffice 6.1.1

libreoffice 6.1.1 was released on the 13th of September.

Version 6.1.0 is currently in cosmic, version 6.1.1 is a bugfix-only release. Two release candidates were issued before final release.

The list of all the bugs fixed can be built by merging the lists of bugs fixed in the two release candidates:

Packages for 6.1.1 were built in a PPA (ppa:osomon/lo-test) and thoroughly tested on a system with cosmic-proposed enabled. Autopkgtests all pass, and manual testing following the test plan (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Process/Merges/TestPlans/libreoffice) didn't uncover any new problem.

6.1.0 was initially pushed to cosmic with a couple of known issues under the assumption that they would be fixed with 6.1.1, and I can confirm they are fixed:

I am not on the Release Team, but my understanding is that you don't need a FFe for a bugfix release like this.
