libreoffice 6.1 autopkgtests fail on s390x, missing test dependency: libreoffice-sdbc-firebird

libreoffice-sdbc-firebird is not built on s390x, but a couple of autopkgtests declare an unconditional dependency on it (smoketest and junit):
