[snap] No icons in file picker on Ubuntu GNOME

After disabling '[] Use LibreOffice dialogs' I can reproduce this as well.

I have icons now that I installed `sudo apt install ubuntu-dekstop*` (I was on ubuntu-gnome-desktop), that brought in a bunch of icons not on ubuntu-gnome.
