package libreoffice-common 1:5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial2 failed to install/upgrade: package is in a very bad inconsistent state; you should reinstall it before attempting configuration

After a crash on the computer, Libreoffice no longer works. I can't remove it completely, so i can't reinstall the package. I'm not completely sure that libreoffice is the problem, but it's the only program i have found that does not work anymore.

I have other computers, so i'm in no panic about this :-)
