Clicking/hovering mouse over function icon in Calc

Bug Description
Ubuntu 16.04 LTS;
Build ID: 1:5.2.3~
What is expected to happen: Move mouse to the top of the screen;
What happens instead: Mouse pointer gets trapped in an infinite glitch.
I when through this by accident. Its happens in LO Calc.
The steps to reproduce are as follow:
1) In a blank worksheet, place the cursor over the function icon so that the function icon changes to hover state (highlighted) and the cursor pointer changes to an arrow down.
2) Click to open function wizard window.
3) Close function wizard window.
4) Gently try to move mouse pointer to the top of the screen.
