Bug Description

changing background and font color for a cell allows to select different color palettes.
Using conditional formatting only provides the default palette with no way to change to different palettes.

There should be a way to adjust the palette in conditional formatting as well.

Workaround: change the standard.soc to the right palette (requires restart of LibreOffice)
