Base: date field with YYYY/MM/DD format in a form can't change the date with arrows

Bug Description

When I'm in a form and there is a date field with the YYYY/MM/DD format, if I place the cursor on the day and I press either the 'up' or 'down' arrow, the day won't change; the year and the month work as they should.
