upgrade libreoffice-base failed

This morning tried to install the latest upgrade that came in. There is an apparent conflict between two packages that prevents libreoffice-base to upgrade to the new version.

I lost all the error messages but in the end I managed to install it manually with dpkg and it still warned me about the problem at hand:

Apparently the problem was that /usr/lib/libreoffice/share/basic/script.xlc appears in two packages.

Same error here. Just wanted to upgrade and now this:

Versuch, »/usr/lib/libreoffice/share/basic/script.xlc« zu überschreiben, welches auch in Paket libreoffice-common 1:4.3.0-3ubuntu1~precise1 ist
