upgrade libreoffice-base failed

Bug Description
This morning tried to install the latest upgrade that came in. There is an apparent conflict between two packages that prevents libreoffice-base to upgrade to the new version.
I lost all the error messages but in the end I managed to install it manually with dpkg and it still warned me about the problem at hand:
sudo dpkg -i --force-all /var/cache/
(Reading database ... 370030 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to replace libreoffice-base 1:4.3.0-

Apparently the problem was that /usr/lib/
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
