1) Open LibreOffice Writer)
2) Enter some text (will be better if some lines of text)
3) Enter fullscreen mode
4) Leave fullscreen mode
5) Try to select text
Point where selection begin is shifted right by the width of Unity side panel, and down by the height of Unity upper pannel
6) After changing window problem disappear but double toggling fullscreen turns it back
