Writer crashes after attempting to save mail merge

Bug Description
After re-using a saved mail merge starting document, when I try to save the result of the subsequent mailmerge using the Exchange databases command to create a different set of labels, LibreOffice seems to do the merge and save the resulting file but then it crashes.
