Many warnings on terminal when localc starts (clean install)

Bug Description
When localc is started many warnings are written to the terminal:
javaldx: Could not find a Java Runtime Environment!
Please ensure that a JVM and the package libreoffice-
is installed.
If it is already installed then try removing ~/.libreoffice/
Warning: failed to read path from javaldx
Fontconfig warning: "/usr/lib/
Fontconfig warning: "/usr/lib/
This is a BRAND SPANKING NEW INSTALL of ubuntu 12.10, so there should not be any missing dependencies!

Despite all the warnings localc seems to work fine. So something is bogus
