Bug Description

1) Description: Ubuntu 12.10
Release: 12.10

2) libreoffice-writer:
  Installed: 1:3.6.2~rc2-0ubuntu4
  Candidate: 1:3.6.2~rc2-0ubuntu4
  Version table:
 *** 1:3.6.2~rc2-0ubuntu4 0
        500 http://si.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ quantal-updates/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1:3.6.2~rc2-0ubuntu3 0
        500 http://si.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ quantal/main amd64 Packages

3) Buttons in global toolbar should always produce action, e.g. File->Save should always save the document, Insert->Manual break should always open the window with breaking options, Table->Insert table should always open window with table options.

4) However, everything works from the beginning, but after some actions are made (editing text, tables), buttons on toolbar become unresponsive. You can still see them, navigate through them and click on them, but no actions will be made. E.g. user can click on File->Save drop down menu, but nothing happens. User can click on Insert->Manual break, but the dialog window will not open and the drop down menu will close. Help->About LO will not open About window, instead will just close the dropdown menu.
The weird part is, if you open new Writer instance, the global menus will work in the new instance, but not in the one with existing problems. After a while, toolbar will also become unresponsive in the second instance of Writer.

This problem is 100% reproducible on my machine, on variety of documents, however I noticed, that large files tend to break toolbar quicker then new/small files. I can't confirm this, since there is no definite procedure that breaks toolbar. This means, that last action can be Insert->Manual break that will break the toolbar, but the next time->Allign center will break the toolbar.

5)Additional info. This does not happen on the same version of Libreoffice on Fedora 18.
It started occuring after release of 12.10, problem wasn't present in previous versions of Ubuntu/LO.

unity --version
unity 6.10.0
