I am affected by this on my Samsung N310 with Intel drivers, with Ubuntu 12.10 and LO 3.6.4.3
I noticed I can have several documents open (with Calc at the moment) and have the problem only with one document. Closing and reopening the document brings the working menus back.
Let me know if I can test anything.
Is bug #1052124 a duplicate?
