Saving as RTF loses table width information.
I'm attaching a snippet containing just a table, called bug.doc
To replicate the problem
*** begin steps
lowriter bug.doc (observe table width is 3 inches)
file -> save as
something.rtf
confirm Use Rich Text Format
file -> exit
lowriter something.rtf
*** end steps
At this point you should be looking at a table the full width of the document

3) What is expected to happen in Writer via a terminal:
cd ~/Desktop && wget https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1077358/+attachment/3429463/+files/bug.doc && unoconv --listener && unoconv -f rtf bug.doc && lowriter --nologo bug.doc bug.rtf
is the two files look the same.
4) What happens instead is the table in the .rtf has been expanded horizontally to the full width of the document.
