LibreOffice does not open in My Documents path

Bug Description

LibreOffice (/usr/bin/soffice) opens directory in my home directory and not the "My Documents" directory specified in the "Paths" option. Also, openning a second file defaults to my home directory instead of the current path.

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
