Bug Description
In Quantal, up to date as of today.
I opened Libre Office writer, clicked on File>Recent Documents.
I have been experimenting recently with a template (.ott) and I clicked on it, to open. Nothing much appeared to happen for the next 15 seconds or so, so I clicked on File> again and the writer window darkened, then crashed (disappeared). Nothing left running on the system.
Subsequent to this apport report, I started up writer again, which led me to the crash recovery screen for "Untitled" (not my template), which recovered ok (apparently).

Chris Hermansen, thank you for reporting this bug and helping make Ubuntu better. Could you please provide the template you were working on when this crash occurred?
