Calc default zoom on file is 20% instead of expected 100%

Bug Description

1) lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu quantal (development branch)
Release: 12.10

2) apt-cache policy libreoffice-calc
libreoffice-calc:

3) What is expected to happen in Calc via a terminal:
cd ~/Desktop && wget https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1030250/+attachment/3239603/+files/fd.xls && localc --nologo fd.xls

is the default zoom is 100%.

4) What happens instead is it is 20% as per screenshot https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1030250/+attachment/3239599/+files/Screenshot%20from%202012-07-28%2011%3A05%3A43.png .

Note this problem does not exist in Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 Excel Version 14.0.6023.1000 (32-bit) or Calligra Sheets.

WORKAROUND: Change zoom to 100%.

The version of Libreoffice is "LibreOffice 3.6.0 RC2 (2012-07-20)" but the same problem is with the default Ubuntu versions from reposiory

Confirmed for me on libreoffice 3.6.0~rc2-0ubuntu3 on Quantal.
There seem to be multiple problems; all the rows/columns are 0 size, but even if you drag these open it doesn't render.

The file does render OK in calligra.

Martin Palenik, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. All that was required was to change the zoom from the default 20%, which produces the attached screenshot, to 100%, and it looks as it does in Excel 2010.

  (Triager/Not the original reporter)
  I agree that setting the zoom does fix it - good spot, so it does seem to be a choice of default zoom that seems to be the problem.
However, calligra seems to make a more sane guess at the default zoom, and it's visible on opening, so I think it's still a valid bug.
