description |
I am on Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal 64bit.
System settings -> Universal Access -> View gives the user(possible view impaired one) the opportunity to adjust the system wide text size.
Good thing!
But the standard programs like firefox or Libre Office are not adjusted by this central settings as far as their menues are affected.
So, the user experience for view impaired users is that they have to bring thier heads everytime they start to use one of this standard programs direct to the screen and search for the menue zoom settings in those programs, which is strange task for them.
Expected:
With the Universal Access -> View text size settings it should be possible to adjust also the menu size in the standard program in the unity launcher panel, which are firefox, LibreOffice, and so on.
