Upgrade LibreCad to latest version

Why is there no LibreCad 2.0.8 package available for Ubuntu 15.10 ?

Librecad 2.0.8 has fixed a lot of bugs and has many new features as compared to version 2.0.4.

as you see version 2.0.8.1 is avaible for xenia, but for wily is only 2.0.4.

2.0.9 is now only for windows (ugly word). I don't want use Windows for open source software when I can use linux, but I don't understand why for windows we have version 2.0.9 and for linux 2.0.8. It's is unbelievable.
