Bug Description
In Precise, libraw5 depends on liblcms2-2. If I install libraw-dev without liblcms2-dev, then 'pkg-config --libs libraw' fails:
Package lcms2 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `lcms2.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'lcms2', required by 'libraw', not found
And that in turn causes the Shotwell build to fail.
So I believe that libraw-dev should depend on liblcms2-dev.
