[SRU] librarian-puppet-simple requires ruby-thor in runtime dependencies

Debian should have already updated debian/control for 0.0.5-2 where the issue has been fixed.

Very little. The fix just adds a new dependency to debian/control.

Accepted librarian-puppet-simple into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/librarian-puppet-simple/0.0.5-1ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

The version of librarian-puppet-simple in the proposed pocket of Xenial that was purported to fix this bug report has been removed because the bugs that were to be fixed by the upload were not verified in a timely (105 days) fashion.
