Bug Description

Please remove libqtgconf from Ubuntu. It has no reverse-depends in 14.04 LTS and later. It depends on the deprecated and unmaintained 'gconf' library which we're trying to remove from Debian and Ubuntu soon.

According to its MIR bug LP: #708661, it was used for Unity 2D.
