libproxy0 0.2.3-0ubuntu5 needs to be rebuilt

this is because libwebkit has been updated and minor version got bumped to 2:

libproxy does not directly depend on libwebkit, which is probably why this wasn't picked up when webkit was updated.
simple recompile should be sufficient to fix this.
