Bug Description
The path to text-based usbmon files has been changed. The old files do not exist, causing problems when libpcap tries to use usb devices. The attached patch is identical to the upstream fix.

This patch was accepted / the problem has been solved in Debian, as per upstream bug, so marking as such:
Fixed in version libpcap/1.1.1-1
I'm unsubscribing ubuntu-reviewers, this simply needs to be sync'd/ merged/ imported from Debian when the Maverick archive opens.
