Bug Description

Binary package hint: libparse-debcontrol-perl

I probably caused the whole problem by trying to hurry downloading of more than one package in add and remove. Anyway, after I had messed up the download, I got a message in terminal that libparse-debcontrol-perl was in bad shape and that I should uninstall and reinstall. I did so. Then I got a message that I should reinstall first before uninstalling. I did. That's when the bug notification appeared. I am not sure which package it was because I was downloading more than one package. Ubuntu 9.10.
