Bug Description
Multiarch support for libpaper is needed to cross-compile cups (as well as being a generally good thing). An upstream bug already exists but until that is uploaded a local upload with attached patch would be useful. co-installable libraries are needed for this package because cups depends on both ghostscript (BUILD_ARCH) and libpaper-
