  * debian/copyright: make it machine readable.
  * Don't install libotf-config.
  * 0002-use-pkg-config-not-freetype-config.patch: Add Forwarded.
  * 0001-do-not-add-flags-for-required-packages-to-pc-file.patch: Add Forwarded
  * debian/control: replace obsoleted dev packages in Build-Depends.
  * Update Standards-Version to Debian Policy 4.6.2.
