Bug Description

Hi
libosip2 is a SIP library that provides libosip2-4 and libosip2-dev in universe,these are the build deps of the linphone package which also needs to be included in main.We need the linphone package in main to enable google talk call support in kopete.

The package is already in universe and has good upstream support from debian
I have verified that the package meets all MIR requirements and is fit to be included in main.

Has a lot of scary-looking sprintf use, but spot-checking seems to show it's calculating lengths correctly before doing any memory copies. Approved, +1.
