libmysqlclient15off segfault when using libnss-mysql-bg

Easy to replicate fails on 9.10 and 10.4

Install from disk, base system, install libnss-mysql-bg.
libmysqlclient15off is installed as a dependency.

Conf files edited changing only mysql host, user and pass.
edit etc/nsswitch.conf to include mysql for passwd, group, shadow

At that point, ssh, ftp, su- all fails
remote ssh login returns... "Write failed: Broken pipe"

There is no support on such deprecated version; that one has died long time ago.
