Multiple notifications aren't displayed

in libnotify if there are multiple notifications at the same time they arent visible together ...it would be helpful when a new notification is triggered before the old one vanishes...the new notification should be displayed below the old notification. Right now new notification is not displayed until the old notification vanishes...which is quite some time later....

i would also like a feature by which we can adjust time for which a notification bubble is displayed.

I can confirm the described behaviour. A dev will have to decide whether or not this is working as designed and intended.

FWIW, I would like to point out that my understanding of bug 725435 hints at this possibly being a conscious choice NOT to display more than 1 bubble at the same time. It might also have been done so as not to overload the screen.
