Syntax not verified on Hints (notify-send)

Bug Description

Binary package hint: libnotify-bin

When typing notify-send -h int::value, the syntax is okay for the program, and that results to a error.

$ notify-send -h int::"2" "hello" "world"

(notify-send:29324): libnotify-CRITICAL **: notify_notification_set_hint_int32: assertion `key != NULL && *key != '\0'' failed
$

Thank you for your bug report. The issue is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug the to the people writting the software (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME)
