Bug Description
This package is a dependency of the ec2-consistent-
Net::Amazon::EC2 has two bugs that fixed in their 0.33 release that affecting downstream packages:
* The new release uses the AWS Signature Version 4 by default, which is required for it to work in newer AWS regions.
* The release properly handles valid-but-empty "StateReason" responses from AWS. Here's the ec2-consistent-
