please update libmtp to 1.1.9

libmtp 1.1.9 was released last week, please update.

Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu better.

The latest packaged libmtp version in Ubuntu is 1.1.8-1ubuntu2. The ubuntu-part of the version number means it has some Ubuntu-specific patches and normally such packages require to merge new packages from Debian. However, skimming the changelog [1], especially for 1.1.9-2 it looks like this might have been integrated into the Debian package.

I've taken the liberty of assigning the person who did the latest patch to this package; could you please check whether this package needs to be merged or whether it could simply be synced? :)

Ricardo, can we get the bq & mx4 ids forwarded upstream now? Devices are on the market so the IDs should be defined and upstreamable? Bonus point it if you can do the merge/update ;-)
