FingerScroll: Rubberband effect doesn't work after switching the value of "mode" property

Bug Description

I'm using the python bindings on Maemo (Diablo release) and found the following problem:
Set property "mode" of the FingerScroll widget to 1 (kinetic scrolling), do some scrolling, then set it to 0 (normal/push scrolling). The rubberband effect at end of the list will be gone then. You get it back, when you set "mode" back to 1, but in normal mode you can scroll the list out of the viewport and it wont come back.

For the Ubuntu maintainers: The Maemo package is based on the Ubuntu package, and the Ubuntu-specific patches (especially "spring2.patch") have been left in the package, so it's related to the Ubuntu package as well.

From what I can see from the source, "spring2.patch" adds the changes for the "rubberband effect", so it probably is a bug in that patch.
