The internetradio and tv archives wont play with windows plugin in totem/firefox

Yes the question is frequently asked in forum.ubuntu.norge: why wont firefox play the video and radio archives at nrk.no (you can try playing some programs here: http://www1.nrk.no/nett-tv ) What is NRK.no is explained here: http://www.nrk.no/about/ This page at the bottom (only in norvegian) http://www.nrk.no/informasjon/hjelp/1.2614661 says that (they only call it linux platform and not ubuntu even) you can try Mplayer and mediaplayerconnectivity(using vlc). Have tried these and they work (but not as good as totem would) but it would be better if totem would just be allowed to open the conntent. Maybe i should contact nrk.no and tell them so we ubuntu users will have better access to the conntent.

The issue is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug the to the people writting the software (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME)
