Bug Description

Please backport version 0.22 into Precise. The current version (0.20) has a bug related to Perl 5.14 which comes with Precise, and there is no ABI change that would break current functionality. At least this should be cherry-picked for Precise https://code.google.com/p/library-callnumber-lc/source/detail?r=38
