Bug Description

Attaching second display to HDMI port leads to black screen on both monitors. There is a movable mouse cursor on the edge of the external display. Detaching the second display brings situation back to normal. Manual stopping of "KScreen 2" background service and setting up second monitor using "arandr/xrandr" works correctly.
Attaching second display used to work correctly in Kubuntu 15.04. It stopped working a few weeks after upgrade to 15.10.
