Apparemment, le problème vient du dossier libjpeg8 du system qui ne serais pas compatible avec l’architecture 64bits.
J'ai résolu le problème en téléchargeant le paquet ici :

http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/libj/libjpeg8-empty/libjpeg8_8c-2ubuntu8_i386.deb

Puis en extrayant les fichiers 'copyright' et 'changelog.Debian.gz' (qui sont dans usr/share/doc/libjpeg8/ de l'archive) et en les copiant vers usr/share/doc/libjpeg8/ :

cd le_nom_du_dossier_avec_les_deux_fichiers_en_question
sudo cp changelog.Debian.gz /usr/share/doc/libjpeg8/changelog.Debian.gz
sudo cp copyright /usr/share/doc/libjpeg8/copyright

Après un

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get -f install

Tout à l'air de marcher.
