systemd-shim was not installed in 16.10 and now cannot purge or remove

i am not able to update, upgrade, install the nvidia drivers. This error has me dead in the water.

There is no more systemd-shim package into yakkety. You may need to clean your system et purge the orphans (with deborphan) or run bleachbit as root (with clear understanding of the option you activate)

To me this seems to be the problem :

dpkg-divert: error: rename involves overwriting '/usr/share/dbus-1/system-services/org.freedesktop.systemd1.service' with
  different file '/usr/share/dbus-1/system-services/org.freedesktop.systemd1.service.systemd', not allowed

Why does the package try to do this if it is not allowed?
