Bug Description
Binary package hint: libjfreechart-java
The javadoc directory doesn't actually contain the javadocs... It just contains an images directory with a bunch of example charts.

I can confirm this. libjfreechart- java-doc creates a javadocs directory containing nothing but images. The API reference is missing.
