itpp libdir returned by pkg-config is wrong on 14.10

Bug Description

On ubuntu 14.10 the libitpp.so is installed in the folder /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu but pkg-config (and the itpp.pc file) says that the library is install in /usr/lib.

Ubuntu version: 14.10
Package version: libitpp8 4.3.1-3

Expected behavior: pkg-config should return /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu or libitpp should return to /sur/lib (like in previous version of ubuntu)
