Bug Description
On my laptop I have an USB-C hub connected via thunderbolt with 2 external displays attached to it. When I close the laptop lid the pointer moves to the bottom right in steps of about half a second each. I am able to move the mouse, but the automatic moving happens also when I'm moving the mouse around. If i move the pointer to the top left of the screen it takes about 4 seconds for the pointer to reach the bottom right in 10 evenly spaced steps.
The touchpad of the laptop is disabled. It also happens when the mouse is disconnected.
I'm running Ubuntu 22.04 on a fresh install with Nvidia also installed. The issue also happens when using the integrated intel graphics.
