  * QA upload.
  * New upstream version.
    - Package as a new source, the API is incompatible to libical2 and not
      many packages are ready to migrate to the new API.
    - Fix CVE-2016-9584: heap use-after-free.
  * Remove patches applied upstream.
  * Update debian/copyright to MPL 2.0, add additional copyright holders.
  * Bump the libical soname.
  * Build-depend on libdb-dev and libxml2-dev.
