Moved to 18.10.
Reason: Earliest release target End of March. Addl. new opencryptoki and ibmca should also get an update to finalize the function exploited by libica....

Another target change. libica will be externalized today. Once available an update of this bugzilla will take place. Please integrate into 18.04 even that Feature Freeze is tomorrow.

That's pushing it a lot. Is there a code drop expected, or do you just want the 7 patches shipped?

Which features do you require? if you have commit ids, we could have shipped those patches long time ago, like e.g. we did with patch cherrypicks in util-linux for memory zones support.

We planned to do a 3.2.1 release today, including a lot of fixes (i just merged the corresponding PR).
We didnt plan to include any new features (the ECC feature has to wait for the next release, its not complete yet and im going to disable it for the 3.2.1 release).

However, the varous fixes should make the package more stable, and wed like to have them included.
